Use of GroomReady AI

GroomReady AI is an early dog review and quote-prep assistant for groomers. Owners may use an intake link to submit dog details, photos, service preferences, timing preferences, and related notes for groomer review.

By using GroomReady AI, you agree to use it only for lawful, accurate, and appropriate dog grooming review purposes.

Not a confirmed appointment

Submitting a dog review request through GroomReady AI does not create a confirmed appointment, reservation, booking, payment, or service agreement. Nothing is booked until the groomer confirms directly with the owner.

Groomer makes final decisions

The groomer or grooming business decides whether to accept, decline, waitlist, ask for more information, quote, or schedule a request. GroomReady AI helps organize information, but it does not make final business or scheduling decisions for the groomer.

AI is guidance only

GroomReady AI may provide AI-assisted summaries, photo quality checks, grooming-prep cues, time estimates, quote guidance, and suggested next actions. These outputs are informational guidance only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Groomers should use their own professional judgment before quoting, scheduling, accepting, declining, or giving instructions to an owner.

No veterinary or medical advice

GroomReady AI is not a veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or emergency service. It does not provide veterinary advice, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or health clearance.

Owners should contact a veterinarian for health concerns, urgent issues, or questions about a dog's medical condition. Groomers should follow their own safety policies and professional judgment.

Owner responsibility for accurate information

Owners are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and current information about their dog, including contact details, service needs, coat condition, behavior, health or safety notes, vaccination acknowledgement, and photos.

If information changes after submission, the owner should update the request if a link is available or contact the groomer directly.

Photos and content submitted by users

Owners should submit dog-focused photos and details that they have the right to share. Avoid uploading photos that include people, children, private documents, addresses, financial information, or sensitive background details.

By submitting content, owners allow GroomReady AI to process and display that content to the connected groomer for dog review, quote prep, and related service operations.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Do not upload images or information that invade another person's privacy.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not use GroomReady AI as an emergency, veterinary, medical, payment, or confirmed booking system.

Limitation of liability in plain language

GroomReady AI is provided for early testing and general business assistance. We work to make it useful and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, secure, or correct.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GroomReady AI is not responsible for indirect losses, missed bookings, lost revenue, grooming outcomes, owner-groomer disputes, decisions made from AI output, or issues caused by inaccurate information submitted by users.
