This Privacy Policy explains how GroomReady AI handles owner-submitted dog review information during early demo and public testing.

What GroomReady AI is

GroomReady AI is an early dog review and quote-prep assistant for groomers. It helps owners submit one review request with dog details and photos so a groomer can review fit before quoting, booking, waitlisting, asking for more information, or declining.

Submitting information through GroomReady AI is not a confirmed appointment. The groomer reviews the request and makes the final decision.

Information we collect

Depending on the form settings chosen by a groomer, GroomReady AI may collect owner contact details, dog name, breed or type, approximate weight, service preferences, coat details, timing preferences, behavior, health, and safety notes, vaccination acknowledgement, price acknowledgement, custom question answers, dog photos, request status, and submission timestamps.

We may also collect basic technical information needed to run, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Dog photos and owner-submitted details

Dog photos and form details may be used to create a dog review card for the groomer. The card may help the groomer review coat condition, handling notes, photo quality, requested service, timing fit, and quote preparation before responding.

Owners should avoid uploading photos that include people, children, private documents, home addresses, license plates, financial information, or sensitive background information. Photos should focus on the dog and the grooming areas requested by the form.

How we use information

  • To receive and display owner-submitted dog review requests for the groomer.
  • To help organize details, photos, coat notes, timing preferences, and price acknowledgement into a dog review card.
  • To support groomer-side review, quote prep, time estimates, waitlist decisions, and requests for clearer information.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve GroomReady AI.

AI-assisted analysis

GroomReady AI may use AI-assisted features to process submitted dog details and photos for photo quality checks, grooming-prep cues, time estimates, quote guidance, and suggested next actions.

AI output is guidance only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate. The groomer makes the final decision about fit, quote, timing, acceptance, waitlist, or decline. GroomReady AI does not provide veterinary advice, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

How information is shared

Owner-submitted information is shared with the groomer or grooming business connected to the intake link so they can review and respond to the request.

We may use trusted service providers to host, store, process, secure, analyze, and operate GroomReady AI. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect safety, or to prevent misuse of the service.

GroomReady AI is not a public marketplace. Dog review requests are intended for the groomer connected to the intake link.

Data retention and deletion requests

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support groomer review, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product during early testing.

Owners may contact the groomer who sent the intake link to ask about a request. Groomers may request deletion of account or request data through the support channel provided during testing. Some demo data may be stored locally in the browser and can be removed by clearing local browser data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for an early-stage product. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Children's privacy

GroomReady AI is not directed to children. Children should not submit dog review requests. Owners should avoid uploading photos that include children or information about children.

Contact

For early testing, contact the GroomReady AI team through the contact method provided with your demo or public testing invitation. If you are an owner, you may also contact the groomer who sent you the intake link.
